Those who want to enjoy donkey milk not just once, but over several weeks, usually reorder multiple times. That is exactly what the Vital Program is for: You choose your quantity once and receive six deliveries – each at a 30% discount. Here you can find out how the program is structured, what it costs and how it ends.
How the Vital Program works
On the product page, instead of a one-time purchase, you select the Vital Program option and choose a quantity. We will then deliver your chosen quantity six times, each time frozen. With the first delivery, we include 200 ml of donkey milk or 20 g of donkey milk powder free of charge. After the sixth delivery, the Vital Program ends automatically – it will not be extended without your consent.

In Germany, we deliver fresh donkey milk free of charge for orders of €99 or more. In the Vital Program, you reach this threshold with just 1 liter.

- For curious people with perseverance: Those who want to firmly incorporate donkey milk into their routine will find a simple framework here.
If you would like to get to know donkey milk first, a small quantity from a one-time purchase or the Mini Duo is the more suitable introduction.
Step-by-step process
- Choose quantity: Select the Vital Program option and your quantity on the product page.
- First delivery: We ship it frozen via express delivery. Place the bottles directly in the freezer at −18 °C.
- Further deliveries: You will receive your deliveries at regular intervals. Want to change the date or address? Just write to us.
- End or extension: We will remind you by email before the end. If you want to continue, a short reply is enough – otherwise, the program ends automatically.
