What is the Vitalprogramm?
The Vitalprogramm is our programme for everyone who would like to enjoy donkey milk regularly: 6 deliveries of fresh donkey milk or donkey milk powder at intervals of 4 weeks, with 30 % off every delivery and a welcome gift with the first delivery. After delivery no. 6 it ends automatically.
Does the Vitalprogramm renew automatically?
No. The Vitalprogramm has a fixed term and does not renew: after delivery no. 6 it ends, and you don't need to cancel anything. If you would like to continue afterwards, simply start a new programme.
How long exactly does the programme run?
It comprises 6 deliveries: your first order and 5 follow-up deliveries at intervals of 4 weeks. The first delivery is sent on the next shipping day, the last one around 20 weeks later.
Can I end the programme early?
Ordinary termination before the last delivery is not provided for – this is the only way we can give you 30 % off every delivery. Your right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected. If something fundamental changes for you, such as moving abroad, please get in touch – we will find a solution together.
What is the minimum quantity?
From 1 litre of fresh donkey milk or 100 g of powder per delivery (100 g make around 1 litre). You can always order more – the discount applies to the entire quantity.
How much does shipping cost?
Chilled shipping of the milk is free to Germany from €99 and to Austria from €139 per delivery – so in the Vitalprogramm from just 1 litre per delivery, even with the 30 % price advantage. Below that it costs €14.90 (Germany) or €29.90 (Austria). To Switzerland, the milk ships free from €259 per delivery, i.e. from 2 litres. The powder ships free to Germany from €49 and to Austria from €100, below that for €4.90 or €7.90.
How do I get my welcome gift?
Automatically: with your first delivery we include 200 ml of donkey milk – or, if you chose the powder, 20 g of donkey milk powder. You don't need to add anything extra to your cart.
When will my order be delivered?
We ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. Your first delivery is sent on the next shipping day, all further deliveries are triggered automatically every 4 weeks. The milk arrives frozen with GO! Express, usually within 24 hours of dispatch.
I'm on holiday – can I postpone a delivery?
Yes, by arrangement. Please message us via WhatsApp or e-mail in good time before the next delivery and we will postpone it for you.
Can I change the quantity, address or payment method?
You can see your programme at any time in your customer account. Please always check changes to quantity, delivery date or address with us briefly – that way we make sure the discount and delivery still fit.
How do I pay?
You pay for each delivery separately when it is triggered – using the payment method you provide with your first order. There is no advance payment for the whole programme.
Fresh milk or powder – which suits me?
The fresh milk is for everyone who wants donkey milk in its original form and has room in the freezer. The powder needs no refrigeration, has a shelf life of 12 months (best-before date on the pack) and is cheaper per prepared litre. Both come from the same farms.
How do I store several litres of donkey milk?
The bottles arrive frozen and should go straight into the freezer (−18 °C). Take out one bottle at a time and let it thaw in the fridge at 2–7 °C. We recommend enjoying it slightly chilled at 9–15 °C. You will find all details in our usage guide.
