    In Deutschland & Österreich versenden wir gratis per DHL. Für eine schnellere Zustellung ist Go Express mit einem Aufpreis von 9,90 auswählbar.

    Go Express Versand ist gratis ab einem Bestellwert von 199,90€.

  • How quickly do you ship orders?

    All orders will be dispatched the same day if received before 12:00 German time (Mon-Fri). Otherwise, they will be dispatched the next working day 🚀

  • Can there be delays?

    Once our products have left our warehouse, we are all dependent on the postal system 😌 – normally everything arrives on time – but on rare occasions things don't go smoothly and unforeseen delays can occur.

  • How long does delivery usually take?

    Only 1-3 working days within Germany and up to 7 working days worldwide 🙌

    Save on shipping costs by picking up at a Packstation near the border . This option can be selected during checkout and offers a cost-effective solution to avoid the high direct shipping costs to Switzerland. With this shipping method, you as the customer have to pick up the shipment from the shipping center!
