🚚 Shipping information at a glance

Flexible delivery options 🕒

• GO! Express – frozen express delivery:
  Within Germany max. 24 hours after dispatch, with tracking by GO!.
  International: max. 48 hours after dispatch, with tracking by GO!.
  
  
• DHL – lower-cost chilled shipping within Germany:
  Within Germany max. 2–4 days after dispatch, with tracking by DHL.
  International max. 3–7 days after dispatch, with tracking by DHL.

Packaging 📦

• Whichever shipping method you choose, your donkey milk is packed in insulated polystyrene boxes with ice or dry ice. If you choose DHL, we unfortunately cannot ensure that the milk arrives frozen, as the transit time is too long. The milk will still arrive chilled.

Shipping days 🗓️

• We ship every Monday and Wednesday. Orders received by 12:00 noon on a shipping day are processed and shipped the same day.

💡 For customers in Switzerland and Austria:

• Save on shipping costs by collecting your parcel at a parcel station close to the border. This option can be selected at checkout and offers a cost-efficient way to avoid the high direct shipping costs to Switzerland. With this shipping method you, as the customer, must collect the parcel at the shipping centre!
