Flexible delivery options

• GO! Express - Frozen express delivery:
  Within Germany max. 24 hours after dispatch with tracking by GO!.
  International: Max. 48 hours after dispatch with tracking by GO!.
  
  
• DHL - Cost-effective refrigerated shipping in Germany:
  Within Germany max. 2-4 days after dispatch with tracking by DHL. International max. 3-7 days after dispatch with tracking by DHL.

quality assurance

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, your donkey milk will be packed in insulated polystyrene boxes with ice or dry ice to guarantee freshness and quality . If you choose the DHL shipping method, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that it will be frozen as the shipping time is too long. The milk will still arrive chilled and fresh.

Shipping days

We ship every Monday & Wednesday . Orders received by 12pm on the shipping day will be processed and shipped the same day.

For Swiss & Austrian customers:

Save on shipping costs by picking up at a Packstation near the border . This option can be selected during checkout and offers a cost-effective solution to avoid the high direct shipping costs to Switzerland. With this shipping method, you as the customer have to pick up the shipment from the shipping center!
